Deposit Refund: Pool and Spa Guys will refund your deposit in full on any specially ordered hot tub within 3 business days of purchase. After this timeframe, no refund is available. If a deposit is left on a stock or floor model tub, Pool and Spa Guys will refund this in full within 2 weeks of purchase date.
